LLM-Alchemi is a data preparation platform that allows users to upload, transform, analyze, and export datasets for large language model (LLM) fine-tuning. The platform provides tools including data import, visual recipe building, quality analytics, and JSONL export.

2. Account Registration

To use LLM-Alchemi, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all datasets and content you upload to LLM-Alchemi. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You grant us a limited license to process, transform, and store your data solely to provide the service to you.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to upload and process the data you provide
• Your data does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights
• Your data does not contain malicious code or harmful content

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LLM-Alchemi to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Process data containing personally identifiable information (PII) without proper authorization
• Generate datasets intended for harassment, deception, or harmful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

6. Storage and Processing Limits

File uploads are subject to size limits as specified on the platform. We reserve the right to modify storage limits, processing quotas, or feature availability with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The LLM-Alchemi platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLM-Alchemi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
